Program 6 Days 5 Nights

Day 1: Bangkok – Sai Noi Ecotourism Village Community
2.00 pm Assemble at the meeting point.
Head to Sai Noi Ecotourism Village Community.
3.00 pm Upon arrival at the village, you’ll be greeted with a welcome ceremony and listen to the community’s history and itinerary for the next few days.
Evening Dinner and leisure time.
Stay at Homestay Sai Noi or accommodation of similar quality.
Day 2: Sai Noi Ecotourism Village Community
6.00 am Make offerings to the monks in front of the homestay.
Breakfast.
9.00 am Enjoy learning activities.

  • Riding a bike to explore the lifestyle and culture of Sai Noi community.
  • Experiencing work as a corn farmer. Try picking and boiling waxy corn and also learn about ‘gros michel’ bananas, known for their aromatic and sweet taste.
12.00 pm Lunch.
Afternoon Enjoy learning activities, including:

  • Learning how to cook 9 auspicious Thai Desserts.
  • Cooking up Mi Krop (crispy rice noodles).
Evening Dinner and leisure.

Day 3: Sai Noi Ecotourism Village Community
8.00 am Breakfast.
9.00 am Take part in the morning’s learning activities:

  • Learning how to breed auspicious plants and lime trees.
  • Paying respect to the sacred Buddha statue and exploring Maha-Ut Ubosot, a historic site built during the Ayutthaya period.
12.00 pm Lunch is served with a variety of dishes such as noodles, Som Tam (spicy salad) and Pad Thai.
Afternoon Ride a bike to learn about a unique massaging tool made from coconut shells.
Evening Tuck into dinner and check out a performance from local youths.

Day 4: Sai Noi Ecotourism Village Community
Morning Breakfast.
9.00 am The morning’s learning activities include:

  • Learning how to make ancient ‘Mon’ bricks.
  • Learning how to cook a local Green Curry.
12.00 pm Lunch.
Afternoon Learn how to make bio-fertilizer
Evening Dinner and leisure time for the rest of the evening.

Day 5: Sai Noi Ecotourism Village Community
Morning Breakfast.
9.00 am Head out of the homestay with more learning activities:

  • Explore the local lifestyles of the surrounding area.
  • Learn how to make herbal balm.
12.00 pm Lunch.
Afternoon Travel to Wat Prasat Thong, the Muay Thai learning center established by descendants of Nai Khanom Tom, the legendary Muay Thai fighter of the Ayutthaya period who, as legend has it, defeated 9 Burmese boxers without a break.
Here, you can learn all about the art and history of Muay Thai.
Evening Dinner and leisure time.

Day 6: Sai Noi Ecotourism Village Community – Ban Kong Por Sufficiency Economy Learning Center – Wat Phukhao Thong – Million Toy Museum by Krirk Yoonpun – Ayutthaya Elephant Camp – Bangkok
Morning Prepare to check out.
Breakfast.
9.00 am Head to Ban Kong Por Sufficiency Economy Learning Center.
9.30 am Arrive at the center, which as also known as ‘Bang Kong Por’. This learning center was established to provide knowledge about new agricultural theories and concepts for everyone, based on the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy of King Rama IX.
Visit Wat Phukhao Thong, a temple that was constructed during the reign of King Ramesuan in the early Ayutthaya period.
11.00 am Head to Million Toy Museum by Krirk Yoonpun.
11.10 am Explore the museum, which displays high-quality toys from around the world, including old and modern toys, as well as Thai toys made from a variety of materials.
12.00 pm Enjoy Ayutthaya boat noodles.
1.00 pm Head to Ayutthaya Elephant Camp.
1.10 pm Arrive at the camp, which was formerly known as ‘Pang Chang Ayutthaya’ (the name was changed to bring about good luck). The camp is dedicated to preserving and breeding Thai elephants, and follows a standardized system of looking after the giant animals. It was also the first elephant camp in the world to start a successful elephant breeding program of a certain type, which you can learn all about – and see the results yourself with many baby elephants having been born here. Have fun feeding the elephants too.
2.00 pm Head to Wat Chaiwatthanaram.
2.10 pm Arrive at Wat Chaiwatthanaram, a historically significant temple that played a key role in the history of ancient Siam – and also one of the most stunning temples in Ayutthaya.
3.00 pm Head back to Bangkok.
4.30 pm Arrive back in Bangkok to end the trip.
